What You'll Be Doing
- Run booked appointments on Zoom and phone.
- Follow proven sales frameworks and scripts.
- Close warm inbound leads and qualified outbound appointments.
- Collaborate with setters, managers, and leadership.
- Update CRM and pipeline accurately after every call.
- Work across multiple offers (coaching, agency, SaaS, and more).
- Join daily huddles and weekly improvement calls.
- Review call recordings and optimize performance.
- Hit and exceed closing and revenue targets.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal Candidate
You've closed high-ticket offers ($3,000+).
You are comfortable working on commission-heavy or commission-only structures.
You have strong Zoom/phone presence and objection handling skills.
You thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment.
You want to grow into leadership, manage teams, or scale your income aggressively.
