Placement Process
How Placement Works at 637 Group
From application to placement—understand our step-by-step process for training, certifying, and connecting you with high-ticket offers.
Apply & Join the Community
Submit your application through our careers site. We review your experience, call recordings (if applicable), and background. Once accepted, you get access to our private community, training materials, and live call schedule.
Train & Roleplay
Attend live roleplay sessions (dojos), training calls, and work through our frameworks. Whether you're a closer or setter, you'll practice real scenarios, get feedback from experienced leaders, and sharpen your skills.
Get Certified (Greenlit)
Once you hit performance benchmarks and demonstrate competency, you become '637-certified' or 'greenlit.' This means you're ready to be placed with offers and have proven your skills meet our standards.
Match With Offers
We introduce you to vetted companies and high-ticket offers that match your skills, experience, and preferences. You may work with multiple offers across coaching, agency, SaaS, and info-product verticals.
What We Look for in Companies
We don't place our members with just anyone. Every company and offer goes through a vetting process to ensure it's a legitimate opportunity with fair compensation and professional expectations.
Legitimate product or service with real customer results
Fair compensation structure for sales reps
Consistent lead flow and marketing support
Professional team and leadership
Clear expectations and onboarding process
Track record of paying reps on time
Important Things to Know
We Don't Guarantee Placement
We provide training, coaching, and access to opportunities. However, hiring decisions are made by the companies themselves. Your success depends on your skills, effort, and performance during the interview/trial process.
Certification Has Standards
Not everyone gets greenlit. We have real performance benchmarks that must be met. This protects both our members (you won't be placed before you're ready) and our hiring partners (they receive qualified talent).
Multiple Offers Available
Once certified, you may have access to multiple offers across different industries. This diversity helps protect your income—if one offer slows down, you have options.
Ongoing Support
Placement isn't the end. You continue to have access to training calls, community support, and leadership guidance even after you're placed with offers.
