What roles are available at 637 Group?
We hire for multiple positions including High-Ticket Closers, Appointment Setters/SDRs, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Operations Assistants, Video Editors, Project Managers, and Client Success Associates. Most roles are remote and commission-based (for sales roles).
Are the positions remote?
Yes, all positions are 100% remote. You can work from anywhere with reliable internet. Our community spans multiple time zones and countries.
Do I need experience to join 637 Group?
We work with both experienced closers and newcomers. If you're new to sales, you'd likely start in a setter role and work toward becoming a closer. Our training is designed to develop skills at all levels.
Training & Calls
How does the training work?
We run live training calls and roleplay sessions (dojos) multiple times per week. You'll learn our frameworks, practice real scenarios, and get feedback from experienced closers and leaders. Training is ongoing even after placement.
What is a 'dojo'?
Dojos are live roleplay sessions where you practice sales scenarios with other members. We have Closer Dojos focused on high-ticket closing techniques and Setter Training focused on appointment setting and lead generation.
How often are training calls?
Training calls happen multiple times per week across different time zones. We have dedicated sessions for closers, setters, and general Q&A. Schedules are posted in our community Discord.
Placement Process
Does 637 Group guarantee job placement?
No. We provide training, coaching, and access to vetted opportunities, but hiring decisions are made by the companies themselves. Your success depends on your skills, effort, and performance.
What does it mean to be 'greenlit' or certified?
Being greenlit means you've hit performance benchmarks and demonstrated competency in our training. It means you're ready to be placed with offers and meet the standards our hiring partners expect.
How long does it take to get placed?
It varies based on your starting skill level and how much effort you put into training. Some experienced closers get placed within weeks. Newcomers typically take 2-3 months to reach certification. There's no guaranteed timeline.
Can I work with multiple offers?
Yes. Once certified, you may have access to multiple offers across different industries. This helps protect your income—if one offer slows down, you have options.
Compensation
How much can I earn as a closer at 637 Group?
Earnings vary based on the offers you work, your close rate, and your effort. High-ticket closers in our community typically earn $8,000-$30,000+ per month. Top performers earn significantly more. Most positions are commission-based.
Are positions commission-only?
Most closer and setter positions are commission-based or commission-heavy. Some roles (Operations, Video Editor, Project Manager) are salaried. Sales Manager and Director roles typically include base + override commission.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment terms depend on the specific offer/company you're placed with. We vet partners to ensure they have track records of paying reps on time. Typical payment schedules are weekly or bi-weekly.
